Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty states of the United States and District of Columbia ("D.C."), who are twenty one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.
How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, consumers ("Participant" or "you") is invited to go to www.sperrytopsider.com/nantucket (the "Website") and follow the prompts to register your name, complete address, telephone number (to be used for winner contact only), email address and date of birth. Upon completion of registration, you are automatically entered into the sweepstakes drawing.
Entry Limit: Limit one entry per person, per email address.
Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive a luxurious 3-day / 2-night stay with up to three (3) guests to the island of Nantucket, Massachusetts. The "Sperry Top-Sider Nantucket Getaway Sweepstakes" Grand Prize includes:
- Two bedroom accommodations at the award-winning White Elephant Inn (ARV $$3,250.00);
- Daily breakfast for four each morning (ARV $240.00);
- Four (4) admission tickets to the Nantucket Whaling Museum (ARV of $72.00): and
- A $1,000.00 AmEx Card for airfare, ferry transfers and other incidentals.
- Total Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $4,562.00 (USD).
NOTE: Potential Grand Prize Winner must be available to claim his/her prize by June 30, 2015, or prize will be forfeited and offered to alternate winner.
Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner, One (1) First Prize Winner and One (1) Second Prize Winner ("Winner(s)") will be chosen by a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, by the independent Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the drawings.
