Promo codes LDREGB and LDREGA not working

Starwood seems to be running a couple of promotions for residents of Latin America, these codes offer 10% off rates and things like free breakfast, etc.

The codes in question are LDREGB and LDREGA.

There are selected hotels and Im trying to book using these codes, but the website says the codes are invalid. Im using the US SPG site... is this maybe my issue...?
