Hi, I have read that it is now Israeli policy not to stamp passports, so the "Israeli passport stamp issue" is not the issue it used to be. However, I am still curious about how people with two passports (from the same or two different countries) use them in practice.
I understand that it's fine to use passport A to fly into and out of Israel, and passport B to fly into and out of other countries that may be hostile to Israel, on completely separate trips. But how would having two passports help if you travel to Israel and other countries on the same trip?
You have to use the same passport to enter and exit a country, so if you entered, say, Jordan with passport A, and then traveled by land to Israel, you'd have to show the Jordanian officials passport A again on exit. So regardless of showing passport B in Israel, the first ("non-Israel") passport would still have evidence that you went to Israel in it.
What am I missing here? Thanks.
