Headphones for Lufthansa Movies

Does a standard headset jack work if we want to watch/listen to a movie? If it is a special one is it the 2 prong & do they provide to people in Economy (Poor Peoples) section of plane?

I've never flown internationally and can't stand the thought of a 70 minute connection alone at FRA.
