I was wondering if purchasing a ticket from an online travel website, that the does not have high fuel surcharge is against AA program rules?
Also is AA not obligated to display the fare rules when you purchase a ticket. I have purchased many in the past that the website would not correctly display the fare rules? After you purchase a ticket is there anywhere you can go and read what the associated rules with your ticket are?
