Hi,
As I said in another thread, my sister asked me to search tickets for her for CDG-LAX, and SFO-CDG.
UA doesn't fly CDG-LAX nonstop, and offers connections through EWR, IAD and ORD.
When I search CDG-LAX, the tickets offered are not interesting in terms of schedule (arrival at LAX is too late)= OPTION 1
But when I search CDG-EWR, and EWR-LAX separately, the price is a bit lower, and the schedule is better= OPTION 2
My question is: in the option number 2, if CDG-EWR is delayed and that the connection is missed, will UA rebook my sister on the next EWR-LAX without problem?
I know they would rebook her on option number 1.
Thanks
