How long to get an answer from Customer Support?

I logged a ticket with AY on Sunday as my Finnair+ number did not match the password, I had been sent after requesting a new PW the very same day.

Now it's Tuesday morning and still I haven't heard anything. I did get a confirmation that the query had been received and that's it...

How long should I expect the turn around be?

I'm currently on the lowest tier but have flights booked that will get me up to Silver shortly if it makes any difference...
