Hello.
I tried searching the forum but couldn't find anything recent on this topic...so here goes.
Mrs Words is very keen to go to Bolivia for a holiday next year. It looks like there are a few options using Avios - including connecting through Miami on AA, or flying to EZE and taking a Boliviana flight from there. The AA option looks like an Avios sucker, as it's two legs. And I've no experience of Boliviana...
Has anybody done this route and are there any useful tricks or tips to get there on OW airlines and using as few Avios as possible. Bearing in mind I've got GGL jokers, an Amex 2-4-1 and a couple of GUF2s burning a hole in my pocket.
Any experience would be very much appreciated. In return, I'll shortly post a quick TR on last night's AA F trip from JFK-LHR, complete with Flagship Check-in (good) and broken seat (bad)...
