I was originally booked on BA701 from VIE to LHR this December (3.10pm dep), connecting to BA1336 to NCL (all on a single ticket). However, 701 has been cancelled and I've been auto rebooked onto BA705 leaving VIE at 6.45pm, arriving LHR at 8.15pm. Strangely however, my NCL flight is unchanged and set to depart at 6.25pm. I see that there are no late NCL flights that day but find it a bit odd that no effort has been made to get me to my final destination. Attempts to alter the booking online just lead to an error message. I presume I'll have to call? If I were to do nothing, would BA be obliged to arrange a hotel at LHR pending a flight to NCL the following morning? (This might be a better option for me than moving to an earlier VIE flight if so).
