Delta lounge access policy: Codeshares

I'm SkyTeam Gold through Flying Blue.

Let's say I flew LAX-SEA-YVR, all on DL metal booked through Delta.com I'd get lounge access at LAX and SEA because there is an international SkyTeam segment. Correct?

But let's say I flew LAX-SEA-YYJ, on DL metal for the LAX-SEA and SEA-YYJ on Horizon metal with a DL codeshare booked through Delta.com would I be right in assuming I'd not get lounge access because the connecting international flight is not SkyTeam?
