Group booking - can't OLCI

So annoying - I am on a large group booking so can't access my booking online or check-in / change seat.

Destined to be in a middle seat at the rear of the plane.

Called BA and asked to be able to move seat as Gold etc but was told can't do anything.

Any suggestions?!
