I have taken 6 domestic flights on CA so far this year and not one of the flight miles have posted. Most were in paid J.
AE keeps coming back with various answers like my name is wrong or the fare class doesn't exist.
I buy my Chinese tickets from C-Trip and wonder if part of the problem is them. Maybe CA doesn't issue miles for TA bought tickets.
My last flight was just yesterday and the booking was in J but showed A on the BP which is a fare class that has *A miles attached to it.
Anyone else with this problem?
