Is Andiamo Luggage back from the dead?

Some of the ol'timers may know this brand with its famously well built Valoroso line-up. The company closed operations back in 2009. I just recently noticed that Pathfinder luggage (which I thought was the less expensive line from Andiamo) was being offered again. Check it out. They this a new fabric which I'm not familiar with. Warranty also seems lifetime covering both defects and airline damage.
