So some guy in Florida (it had to be Florida) is suing BA because they apparently sold him a ticket to the wrong city:

I'm sure there's far more to this story than is being reported in the above link. But, seriously - who are these people, and how do they function in society?
Even assuming the BA agent did book him to the wrong destination, why would the guy not look over the itinerary/ticket confirmation immediately to confirm the details were correct?
And, of course, the Independent article gets so many things wrong it's hilarious in all sorts of ways.
