Difference in Charges CW to F

Hey all,

I am currently thinking about upgrading a paid CW ticket to F on LHR-JFK with Avios.

Somehow the online upgrade does not work, but before calling executive club I would like to know about how much in cash I'd have to pay in addition to the Avios.

Does anyone know?
