At what stage does the "you need to spend £X to get a companion voucher" update, on the Amex website? Is it at the point of a transaction first appearing in "pending", or once it's listed on the statement, or when they've allocated a specific number of Avios to the transaction? I'm curious because my progress bar doesn't seem to be moving as quickly as I thought it should be!
