Terrible On Time Performance CX 879 SFO to HKG

I was just checking flightaware.com and see that CX 879 is delayed today, and not only today but has been delayed the entire month of August. In fact, there is not one single day this month that CX 879 departed the gate on time! I used to fly this route all the time and we departed (almost) always on time. Does anyone know what's going on? I'm just curious.

I only have one night in HKG and want to get into the city ASAP, so hoping that CX doesn't "steal" part of my evening there! Hoping immigration lines are short as I have a FVC and e-channel but my partner does not.
