As I understand it, BA and Qatar have expressed an interest in direct flights to Taipei. Not surprised Qatar is interested with Emirates having just started direct flights Dubai to Taipei.
What I can't work out is if BA would be LHR > HKG > TPE (British Asia Airways) or direct LHR > TPE ? Perhaps someone with better Chinese than mine could translate?
It does seem to mention next year as a date, but I can't quite work out what its talking about.
I for one would be very happy with BA returning to Taiwan, would make it much easier for my Fiance to return to see her family.
