Finally arrived in SEA after taking TK1988 to IST; TK17 to YYZ then AC517 trans-con.
Waited in the holding pen in YYZ for two hours awaiting notification that baggage was present and to go to CBP pre-clearance.
Eventually went to the AC baggage service desk. He called TK who do their own baggage handling there. The ground handling manager slammed the phone down and did not answer when called back. Was told this attitude is normal for her.
So now I'm in my hotel missing a bag and no idea if the bag made the connection from London or Istanbul. United baggage agent can't see the tracking number on the system either. Help!
