I was excited to try the BA business class seats (on points). I was very disappointed by the service and the seats. I got the plane with the seats oppsite facing, it was just sooo uncomfortable, the service was terrible, the hostesses were so nasty and condescending, I hated the whole experience. Plus, I accidentally dropped my credit card holder somewhere under my seat, I realized it only when we got off the plane, tried to ask BA crew to look for it, but they didn't care, they just said they couldn't find it and called it a day although I am 100% sure it's still hidden somewhere in that seat.
