newbie question: how can I exchange Enrich points for Miles and more

Hi all.

First of all sorry for posting this question here if it's not supposed to be here, but I've been browsing about a million forums and learned Google by heart and haven't found the answer.

I have cca 30k Enrich points and I would like to trade/sell/exchange them for Miles and More points. Can you please help me find the way how to do it?
