I'm going to Portugal next week. I have an iPhone with ATT unlimited international data and a good VOIP/callback app so data is off the table and I'm not as concerned about outbound rates as inbound.
In my other phone, I'm going to carry a roaming SIM. I have a Toggle UK, Truphone, and Pirahna. Alll three have US phone numbers that I can forward my calls to.
Which would you use considering price and reliabilit?. At some points Toggle says it is free, but elsewhere it says eight cents. I'm guessing 8 cents. I'm frankly tilting to Truphone because I expect it will be the most reliable and at 9 cents a minute I won't worry about it.
Opinions?
