I regularly travel connecting on separate PNRs, and then I check in for each of them separately. Today, when checking in I noticed that (the Danish edition of) the system has a little tick which allows to check in simultaneously for connection on a separate PNR. I wonder what this actually does. Whether it can do anything more than I usually did checking in separately. Perhaps it links the PNRs somehow, or what not. Would be nice to know :) It can be both beneficial, and harmful (for example if they discover that you land after MCT, because of delay they might not wait ...)
