Damaged Luggage, no response from TK

Hi All,

I have a PAX here where TK completely broke my luggage.
I have all the forms filled out and damage pictures already.
PAX has no status Star alliance wise.

Was advised at the airport to go online and fill out the form.
Went online Filled the form, and submitted it August 1st

Called TK Houston and New York today, no one picked up the phone.
Called TK(800#) Today, was advised to go online and fill out the form
~Spoke to some dude in the middle of no where that barely speaks english

Any advise what to do from here as it sounds like TK keeps giving me this run around.
