Public golf course near shanghai airport?

Planning out our trip, would love to get in a round of golf before leaving - Flight is at 16:20 or so, but to pull it off, would need to be reasonably close to the airport. Course just north of the airport would be ideal, but it's private. Staying at the peninsula - any thoughts?
