Travelled back from SYD-LHR via DXB. Seat in 3A has a reading light - it wouldn't switch off. Wasn't ideal as I was trying to sleep, and on the DXB-LHR flight I ended up moving seats as there was more space then. CSM made a note of it apparently.
Is it worth making a complaint - it was an avios redemption ticket booked through BAEC. If so, who do I make it to and what would you expect back if anything?
