Chase United Explorer Card mailing 50k - Log in only 30k?

Hey all,

So I received an offer in the mail for the Chase United Explorer Card that says "Earn 50,000 bonus miles after spending $2,000 in 90 days" offer good until Oct 31st.

No problem!

However, when I login to the site I see that I'm only offered 30,000 miles which kind of bites..

So has anyone else run into this, could a call to Chase remedy this situation, or should I just forgot it for now?
