I have 5 WN standard awards sitting in my account. I've been using the two-step process to keep them with a 1 year out expiration.
I've been thinking about converting some or all of them to WN points via the one-time conversion from AirTran on November 1. (Moving the standard awards to AirTran just before November 1, when they would then be converted into 19.2k points per)
I know I'll convert some because I won't be able to use 5 in one year. I'm sure we'll lose the opportunity to extend the expiration of these standard awards after Nov 1.
Asking for opinions on whether or not to do this and what are others going to do?
