Victim of DL Codeshare on Air France

So we had booked IAH-CDC-DUB Premium Economy . Strike extended to include date of departure, so on phone to Delta for 1 hr with the most helpful agent I have ever spoken too. So now we are IAH-AL-Dub and return.

My question is; Since we clear customs in Dublin with Global Entry, and if I buy liquids in Dublin Duty Free, will we have to thru security again in ATL for our onward flight to Houston? Usually liquids in Duty Free can always be re-stashed in suit case after customs clearance and recheck, but here bags are checked all the way to IAH.

PS Everyone says 3 hrs early arrival in Dublin. Seems it should be faster for Global Entry cardholders.
