MH Flight Refund

I booked some typically non-refundable MH flights through Priceline a while back and tried to take advantage of the full refund offer by the airline in July. After a few calls with MH and Priceline, I thought everything was all squared away, but I still haven't seen a refund or any correspondence from MH. I even tried emailing their refunds address, but no response. The flights were in early September, so I kind of expected something by now.

Has anyone else submitted a refund request and have you received any word (or money) from Malaysia Airlines? :confused:
