I've searched through the forum and understand that unless you have a global upgrade certificate, don't count on getting upgraded from Premium Select to Delta One on an international flight. Its rare and/or next to impossible.
But here's my question...
I'm on an ICN-MSP flight later this week (2 days from now), and when looking on the app at seat selection and upgrade/standby list, it says there are 13 open Delta One seats.
I'm sure that some of them will be filled before flight time, but for the rest... Would they really just leave those seats open on a flight? Instead of filling them with upgrades?
Just curious about this, thanks!
