I am trying to book two tickets on BA on the BA website using my account for my husband and me. Only his name comes up (we have two separate accounts but I am much more active). I type in my name and BA account number (I am doing this from my account) and it says please check the name and frequent flyer number of the first passenger. I have tried using my husband's first since it seems to come up in the box and mine and keep getting this message so cannot proceed. Any advice? I tried calling BA but was on hold for an hour and gave up. Thanks!
