SFO to SYD Economy - best option?

I am traveling for business from SFO to SYD in September, and have a few itinerary options. Has anyone been on any of these routes and can give some insight on them? Its a 14+ hour trek across the pacific, so I really want to fly whichever is most comfortable. I am 6'4" so legroom is important, but my company requires us to fly Economy class.

Options:

1. SFO to SYD nonstop on United (Boeing 787)
   
2. SFO to SYD nonstop on Quantas (Boeing 747)
   
3. SFO to LAX (on domestic carrier), then to SYD on Virgin Australia (Boeing 777)
   
4. SFO to HNL to SYD on Hawaiian (Airbus A330)
