Brussels wet lease of CSA Czech Aircraft

Hi all,
I've booked an itinerary (through United.com) that includes a BUD-BRU segment. It's SN2830 which is "Operated by CSA Czech Airlines". I think this is just a wet lease of the aircraft and it's actually Brussels Airlines operated.

Does anyone know how baggage and *G benefits work in this situation?

PS - I'm guessing this has been discussed before but I can't find a thread through the horrible search function of FT.
