First of all, let me start by saying that this is a great forum and I have learnt a lot of tips and tricks. I am hoping someone is able to help me with this one:
I am trying to book 2 Mileage Plus Award Tickets on a partner airline. I have already checked thru ANA account that award seats are available on the partner airline. However, I was wondering if there is any trick that I can book it without calling United and avoid paying the $25 call center fee (these partner seats are not showing up on United.com)
