First and Middle Names Combined in PNR and Precheck

For some reason, whenever I purchase DL flights from Chase UR, it is always booked with my first and middle names smashed together (Firstmiddle Last). The confirmation page lists a blank middle name. I called Delta to add my KTN and ask them to correct it, but they said they couldn't change it. The agent was able to add my KTN to the PNR.

Will this affect whether or not PreCheck is added to my boarding pass? The Delta agent didn't know.

I haven't had any issues with AS so far (receive Pre every time), but those are always booked directly.
