Edit - I noticed this probably belongs in the AA subforum.
Hi guys
I was charged twice for something I don't feel I should have ever been charged for at all. Especially now, given the headache I've been through.
Anyway, I sent out a message to CS and got a reply back that given the facts, they would give me the "appropriate credit" and it should appear on my billing cycle in x amount of days and should appear on the refund status page within 2 days.
This was a month ago. The refund status page either shows that no refund has been requested, a flat out error, and now (and for the past week), it shows no information other than the document number and some random amount of money about $20 less than the actual charge. Since I was double charged, I have two document numbers, and both show this same amount (with no other information).
Really don't know what steps to take next to get this resolved. There exists no phone number that I know of for the refunds department, and reservations wasn't helpful last time I called.
Thanks
