Got Scolded For Checking In At EDI

Hi everyone,

I was flying on the BA1435 connecting to the BAH service in CW. I approached the premium check in desk at EDI for the agent to ask for my boarding pass... I told him I had not printed it out, and he proceeded to tell me, I kid you not... ''can you not see how many people are around? Next time print out your boarding pass and labels at the kiosk, then bring them here. It's the future, gotta move with the times''. What irked me most was the chap's condescending tone- last I checked I was on BA, not FR. As part of a ticket that cost me a couple of thousand pounds I expect the check in agent to check me in at the check in desk.

He proceeded to sigh a couple of times and generally I did not feel like a premium customer that morning. Luckily BA have usually been excellent and everything else that day went to plan. Nonetheless, this chap started the day off on the wrong leg for me and I hope he realises how to treat premium customers. I can certainly not imagine this happening at F/J check in on CX!!
