All reward points missing

Haven`t checked in a while, but when I did so this morning all my reward points have vanished.

Called cust. serv. hotline of course and they couldn`t even see a single rental or reward credits at all.

Tried to look up past rental agreements myself and couldn`t find one at all neither.

Anyone had that happen before?
