Earlier tonight I had an itinerary with some MS segments give me an error, so I called the premier line and got a nice/helpful agent in Hawaii (this was around 11:30 west coast time). She spent a lot of time trying different options for me after we realized my original plan wasn't going to work. After 27 minutes, the call dropped (I have bad reception, not UA's fault). To my surprise, after about a minute, she called me back. I said something like "oh wow I was hoping you would call back but I didn't think you could" and she said "yes but I don't have a lot of time" and hurried through the rest of what we were doing in less than 5 minutes. I actually wanted to ask another question but she said she couldn't stay on any longer.
It was just really strange. I'm wondering if they can only spend so much time on calls back. I didn't want to push it since she had been helpful but it was definitely the first time I've experienced that.
