Transfer Partner -> JAL -> Bangkok Airways

Hello All,

Im looking to book a flight from Koh Samui to Siem Reap, however flight prices look very high >$450. Are there any partners that will allow me to transfer to JAL and then to Bangkok airways so that I may use miles for this flight?
