I recently had a long trip with my family staying at Hilton properties in the US. Each hotel was booked on Hilton.com and all bookings had two rooms (one for us, one for kids). In all but one booking the points only posted for one room and the second room posted zero points. I have telephoned and had the points credited correctly.
Is there a way of checking out and having the folio post correctly in the first place?
HHonors advised me after one of my phone calls that I should ask for all charges on the one folio which I did (Conrad New York). The stay still posted with points for one room :(
