Happy Halloween everyone!
Last month we took a two week vacation to Thailand using a bunch of miles to fly first class internationally and then bounced around all over Thailand! Started in Koh Samui,moved to Phuket, then to Chiang Mai and finally to Bangkok! What a great trip and it was really nice to see a few different area's of Thailand!

We flew United from Chicago to Frankfurt on UA F which while not great wasn't an abomination by any means! Beats the hell out of coach!
Had a nice layover in Frankfurt and took a shower at the Senator lounge which was decent.
Had a great flight on TG F!!!! Great service and great flight!
Spent 5 amazing nights at the Conrad Koh Samui!!! A great ocean side all villa resort. We used free weekend certs and points for this stay! Great deal.
We then flew Bangkok Airways to Phuket where we spent 3 nights at Luxury Collection property Naka Island!!! And did a few boat excursions while in Phuket!
After Phuket we hit Chiang Mai for 3 nights at the Four Seasons! Pure luxury in the mountains of Thailand! We had a great elephant excursion while in Chiang Mai-Not to be missed!!!!!!
After Chaing Mai we spent only a day and a half in Bangkok but did quite a bit in our short time! Stayed at the St. Regis which was super!!!
Flew home on CX regional business class (after our JAL F was changed by AA) and AA F home to DFW then to ORD.
The wife and I had a super time in Thailand and would love to return to devour more Thai food and Chang and Singha Beer!!!
