Frustrated beyond all get-out.
Inside the 3 day gold upgrade window, RU inventory on a BUF-JFK segment is available. First agent told me as a gold that she can't move me into the RU inventory since a Gold on a Y may take the upgrade or that the upgrade list will be xfrd to the airport and they'll do the upgrades. I tried to reason out that if a Gold on a Y was going to get the upgrade, it would have gone through already.
OK - so I convince her to xfr me to the web desk, they verify the inventory is there and I need to go back to Medallion desk and have them force through. I get xfrd back to Platinum desk (at least that's how it was answered), he can see the RU inventory but he can't put it through and his supervisor refuses to put the upgrade through.
... is wrong with these people. This is beyond frustrating.
