MQD Posting Error

Sorry for the saga, but...

A flight in mid-January that I took had a base fare of $718 (plus taxes and fees) and was booked as a 4 segment trip. I did an SDC (removing a stop) and completed the itinerary. What posted was 4 segments and $577 in MQD. (fourth segment shows as $0 MQD) I waited about a week for the correction, saw none, and submitted the form requesting a correction.

I received a reply, indicating that the error was likely due to the SDC, and that the correct MQD and routing would update. Two days later it did so. Normally, the story would end there (and it wouldn't actually be a story). Unfortunately, four days later it changed back to the 4 segments and $577 MQD. I replied to the email from Delta indicating the correction and mentioned it was previously corrected, then un-corrected, and asked for the issue to be resolved.

The reply I received apologized for the undoing of the correction, and said that there were clearly two people working on it and that the particular agent would follow it until it was corrected again. That email was in the first week of February. The correction then posted, then reverted back again to the (current) showing of the $577 / 4 MQS.

I replied again, indicating this was my third attempt to get the issue corrected, and asked if sending in my receipt or anything else would help. I received a reply on Feb. 12 saying that she had no idea why the posting keeps reverting back, and that she was sending it down to the MQD group for correcting, that it may take a week or so to unwind.

Well, I'm at about 2 weeks now since that email, and the incorrect posting is still showing. I've searched the Delta forum for MQD Posting, MQD posting error, MQD error, etc., and don't seem to find any close-ish circumstances... I'm not sure what's next... any advice?

Thanks!
