User Interface design error on radio cancel button

There is a user interface design error on the reservation radio cancel button on AA app. When you cancel a flight reservation the app takes you to the aa web browser and then it tells you to review before hitting the cancel radio button. The sad thing is there is another cancel button after you hit the 1st cancel button and possibly the 2nd cancel button and it is hidden. End result you may think you canceled a flight but you did not cancel a flight. This can be a costly mistake to the end user AA customer and is really a UI design error by aa
