Beware of inexperienced agents when booking Miraval awards

I am now booking my 2nd Miraval award stay using the new Extra Night Awards (ENA). Only dedicated Miraval agents can book these awards. Some of them don't know the rules and will create hassle for you. For example, one agent told me (incorrectly) that you cannot combine a Hyatt points night with an ENA. Another agent wrote to me (correctly) that you can apply an ENA to the first night and book the 2nd night on points. This mattered for me because the first night was 72,000 points and the 2nd night was 57,500 points. I confirmed two nights using 57,500 points + ENA. However, another agent confusingly modified my reservation and is now trying to charge me 72,000 points for the two nights I confirmed earlier. I'm trying to correct this now and my wasted time is worth far more than the 14,500 points difference.

Tip - If the Miraval agent gives you wrong info or isn't sure, ask to speak to a more experienced Miraval agent. Finalize your booking with the agent and get all your confirmation numbers while on the phone. Don't let your booking get passed from one agent to another agent.

To Hyatt - Your system integration with Miraval sucks. Miraval agents have to do pretty much everything manually and not all have been fully trained. This is wasting everyone's time.
