United *G contract lounge access europe

As 1mm am united star gold ,but have been struggling to understand how this works for lounge access in Europe where a lot of them seem to be contract lounges .have been using the alliance lounge finder but still don't quite follow .

Eg have flight from Budapest with air china..
Does this mean I can use contract lounge which air china has access to or does it not count as I am star gold with united?

Same thing with a diff flight with air china out of lon Gatwick.
