Dropped Mrs. B.Cam off at LHR T3 on Thursday for her outbound. She informed that the Check-In desks have been reduced to two members of staff, with baggage drop-off all being done via self-service bag drop kiosks being manned by Virgin staff.
She did want to speak with a member of staff about a few things thus approached the Check-In desk staff. Within her conversation it was confirmed that Virgin will likely move to the above self-service structure, reducing their ground staff numbers at least at LHR.
It's unlikely this will be the case at the dedicated Upper Class Wing.
