For those who haven't been to SIN, the QF J lounge is almost next door (hence why it's probably suggested)
For oneworld emeralds you've also got QF F a bit further away (nearer the D pier), and for actual J/F pax you've also got the QR lounge (accessed by separate escalators towards the C pier)
